I did not receive my login link via email. What can I do?

Do you have issues joining a team building session on Gomada? Or do you experience any issue to access your dashboard?

Here are some hints that can help you to solve your issue.
Check your spam folder: We have a passwordless login mechanism and send you an email with a direct access link to authenticate yourself. If you have not received that email, please check your spam folder.
Resend the login email: Usually, you should receive the email within the blink of an eye. If you have not received it after more than 1 minute, click on the option to 'Resend another email'
Make sure you have entered the correct email address: After submitting your email to sign-in, you will see the screen with the option '_Wrong email? Go back_'. Select this option and re-enter your email to make sure it is correct.
Try another email address: If none of the above worked for you, it might be that your provider blocked the email before it reached your inbox or spam folder. In this case, you can try to enter another email address (eg. a private email). We are sorry for these inconveniences, but unfortunately, there is not much we can do about that.





I have issues to access my camera and microphone. What do I need to do?
