To provide you with interesting team insights, we need to get some information from you and your team members first. The fastest way to get these insights is to complete our team assessment. We have one assessment for the team owner and a separate one for the team members.

The 'Team Assessment' gives your team transparency and insights about your team. Based on this information, Gomada can make better activity recommendations suited for your team journey.

The team assessment consist of three elements:
Team owner assessment and
Team member assessment
Assessment report

Here is how the team member assessment works

The team owner invites the team members to the assessment via the Gomada dashboard
All team members will receive an email with a prompt to complete the survey
The completion of the assessment (approx. 3-5 minutes) is being done on the Gomada platform and the answers are 100% anonymous
Once more than three team members have completed their assessment, the results will be shown in the report
Gomada recommends you the best team building activity based on your team insights

We recommend that the team lead also completes the team member assessment in addition to the team owner assessment.
