What is the Team Owner Assessment?
The team owner assessment is one of three elements of the team assessment.
The team owner can find the assessment directly in the Gomada dashboard
After completing the owner assessment (approx. 3-5 minutes), the team lead gets immediately insights
The team owner can trigger the assessment for their members and set a completion due date
Once the team members have completed their assessment, the results will be shown in the dashboard
Gomada recommends you the best team building activity based on your team insights
Note that you will also see insights about your team when completing multiple activities, however completing the team assessments is the fastest way to get meaningful information and learnings across all dimensions for your team.
